Orders in the café and for pickup

If something is not right with your order, please tell our team straight away so we can fix it. Because our food and drinks are made fresh to order, we cannot offer refunds once an item has been consumed.

Orders placed on apps

Orders placed through Talabat, Careem, Deliveroo, Noon or Keeta are handled under each platform's own refund and cancellation process. Please contact the platform's support first.

Table bookings

Plans change. If you cannot make your booking, please let us know by phone or WhatsApp as early as you can so we can offer the table to someone else.

Events, parties and packages

Deposits, cancellation periods and refunds for events and parties are set out in the quote we send you and agreed before confirmation.
